The obverse features the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, along with "BARBIE" and "SUPERSTAR BARBIE" inscriptions, and a 1950s Barbie silhouette. The reverse showcases a colorized depiction of Superstar Barbie in a pink evening gown.
