This is a 0.2419 oz Gold $5 Commemorative Coin sold by APMEX. Minted at the West Point Mint, it is encapsulated by PCGS in near perfect PR-69 condition. The coin is made of 90% pure gold. The obverse features a stylized flying eagle holding a quill pen with emanating rays, while the reverse shows a quill pen with 'We the People' in calligraphy and an arc of thirteen stars.
