Composed of 95% Copper, 5% Tin and Zinc for the 1864 Two-Cent Piece and 75% Copper, 25% Nickel for the 1865 Three-Cent Nickel. Features designs by James B. Longacre, including the first U.S. coin to bear "IN GOD WE TRUST".
