This is a 10 oz Canadian Heritage Medal sold by Canadian PMX. This limited edition restrike of Canada's 1867 Confederation Medal is the first in a series commemorating Canadian Confederation. It is made of .9999 fine silver with a matte finish. The reverse design features Britannia with a trident and shield, surrounded by symbols of the four original provinces of 1867, and the Latin motto 'JUVENTAS ET PATRIUS VIGOR'.
