Canadian PMX is an authorized distributor of the Royal Canadian Mint, U.S. Mint, Perth Mint, Austrian Mint, and others, and guarantees the authenticity its bullion products.
Payment Methods
- Customers can pay via credit card, Interac debit, bank wire transfers, bank drafts, certified cheques, and PayPal.
- For orders above $100,000, customers may be asked to arrange payment via wire or contact the trading desk.
- In-person cash transactions are accepted up to $10,000 at the Toronto location.
Returns Policy
- Items that are not defective cannot be refunded or replaced.
- You must contact support within 3 business days of receiving your package.
- A $100 cancellation fee will be charged and additional market loss fees for cancelled orders.
Shipping and Delivery
- Offers secure, insured shipping for online and phone orders, with signature required upon delivery.
- Orders over $500 shipped within Canada qualify for free shipping.
- Packages are sent via UPS or FedEx within Canada, and FedEx or USPS for U.S. destinations.
