This is a 2 oz Silver High Relief Round sold by APMEX. The round is struck in a smaller 39 mm format, creating a thicker look and feel. It contains 2 oz of .999 fine silver. The obverse features a depiction of the iconic photo of the two railroads meeting in Utah on May 10, 1869, with inscriptions "TRANSCONTINENTAL RAILROAD" and "1869 – SESQUICENTENNIAL – 2019." The reverse shows opposing trains with the golden spike, inscribed with "THE GOLDEN SPIKE" and "PROMONTORY SUMMIT."
