The set includes a Silver dollar and a Copper/Nickel half dollar, both housed in a U.S. Mint box with a certificate of authenticity. The Silver dollar is .900 pure and features Columbus with a globe and ships, while the half dollar depicts Columbus landing in the New World. The reverse of the Silver dollar shows the Santa Maria and the Space Shuttle Discovery.
