This is a 1/4 oz American Gold Eagle sold by APMEX. The coin is in Brilliant Uncirculated condition and was minted in 1990 at the West Point Mint, though the mint mark is not shown. The obverse features Lady Liberty in front of the Capitol, while the reverse shows a male bald eagle in flight carrying an olive branch to its nest.
