This is a 1934-A $1,000 Federal Reserve Note sold by APMEX. The note is sealed in an inert Mylar currency holder by PCGS and is certified Extremely Fine 40 with great eye appeal. It features the portrait of Grover Cleveland on the face and the numeral "1000" with the phrase "One Thousand Dollars" on the back. Although still legal tender, high-denomination bills were last printed in 1945 and discontinued in 1969.
