This is a 1934-A $1,000 Federal Reserve Note sold by APMEX. Sealed in an inert Mylar currency holder by PCGS and graded Almost Uncirculated-50. The note features a portrait of Grover Cleveland on the face and the numeral "1000" with the phrase "One Thousand Dollars" on the back. Although technically legal tender, high-denomination bills were last printed in 1945 and discontinued in 1969.
